About the Role:

Alftek International is looking for a results-driven and highly motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with solid experience in staffing and recruitment within the Middle East who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role. You’ll play a key part in expanding our market presence and building strong, lasting relationships with top organizations across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow new business opportunities within the staffing/recruitment industry across Qatar and the broader Middle East.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with HR Heads, Hiring Managers, and Procurement Leads in target companies.

• Analyze client hiring requirements and provide customized workforce solutions (permanent, contract, or outsourced).

• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets and deliver insightful market intelligence reports.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and successful service delivery to clients.

• Represent Alftek at networking events, trade shows, and industry gatherings to enhance brand visibility.

• Track market trends and competitor movements to identify areas for strategic growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business development or client acquisition in the staffing/recruitment sector.

• Demonstrated sales success in Qatar or the GCC region.

• In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s labor laws, visa procedures, and hiring regulations.

• Strong professional network across key industries such as oil & gas, construction, IT, healthcare, and government.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a proactive spirit.

• Fluent in English; (Arabic is a strong advantage.)

• Currently residing in Qatar with a valid work/residency permit. (Driving License is a advantage)
