Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design across concept, schematic, and detailed design stages

• Prepare and review architectural drawings, design reports, and technical specifications

• Ensure compliance with Qatar Building Codes, QCS, and relevant authority requirements

• Coordinate effectively with MEP, structural, and landscape teams

• Review consultant and contractor submissions to ensure design quality and compliance

• Liaise with clients and local authorities to support approvals and design reviews

• Manage and mentor architectural design teams, including workload planning and task allocation

• Support value engineering initiatives and design optimization without compromising quality

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in Qatar within a consultancy environment

• Proven experience handling authority submissions and approvals

• UPDA Certification – Mandatory

• Proficiency in Arabic (required) and English (professional level)

• Must hold a valid QID with transferable visa
