We are seeking a Caregiver in Qatar to provide professional and compassionate home care to patients in their own homes. The role covers personal care, mobility support, and daily living assistance for patients of all ages, including newborns, children, adults, elderly patients, and those with special or medical care needs. Working hours are 12 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certificate or Caregiving Certificate.

• Midwifery or BSN qualification is also accepted.

• Relevant home care or healthcare experience is preferred.

• Able and willing to work with patients of all ages and with different medical and care needs.

• Flexible and adaptable to different patient cases and care requirements.

• Filipino or Indian candidates preferred.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional and compassionate care to patients at home.

• Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.

• Assist patients with feeding, mobility, and daily activities.

• Provide care for newborns, babies, children, adults, elderly patients, and patients with special or medical care needs.

• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.

• Assist with medication reminders and basic healthcare routines as instructed.

• Support patients with mobility and safe transfers.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for the patient.

• Follow the care plan and instructions provided by the company or healthcare professionals.

• Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

• Complete basic daily care records and report any concerns to the supervisor.

• Perform housekeeping duties related to the patient only, when required.

Working Arrangements

• Work setting: Home care, in patients’ homes.

• Working hours: 12 hours per day.
