We are seeking a Digital Delivery Engineer II (BIM) in Bengaluru, India to lead advanced BIM modeling, content development, and constructability analysis. The role applies expert-level Revit skills to develop complex project models and works with multidisciplinary teams supporting major construction projects across North America.

About Digital Delivery

The client is building the next generation of Digital Delivery capabilities to transform how buildings are designed, coordinated, and constructed. By combining Building Information Modeling (BIM), data-driven workflows, automation, and emerging technologies, the goal is a more connected, efficient, and predictable project delivery process. A high-performing Digital Delivery team is being established in Bengaluru that will partner directly with project teams across the United States.

BIM Modeling & Project Delivery

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models from design documentation.

• Produce model-based deliverables including plans, sections, and schedules.

• Maintain compliance with BIM execution standards.

Content Development & Standards

• Create parametric Revit families and custom content.

• Support development of BIM content libraries.

• Assist in refining modeling templates and workflows.

Constructability Review & Quality Assurance

• Perform model-based constructability reviews.

• Execute detailed QA/QC reviews of BIM deliverables.

• Document findings and track design issues through to resolution.

Coordination & Clash Detection

• Support multidisciplinary model coordination.

• Perform clash detection using approved platforms.

• Generate coordination reports and issue logs.

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities to optimise workflows.

• Support implementation of new digital delivery technologies.

• Share technical knowledge with team members.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience: 4–6 years in BIM, Digital Delivery, VDC, or construction technology roles, including demonstrated experience supporting BIM coordination and model-based delivery.

• Expert-level proficiency in Autodesk Revit.

• Advanced parametric Revit family creation and management.

• Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and model management.

• Experience in model quality review and constructability analysis.

• Experience supporting clash detection and coordination workflows.

• Comprehensive understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.

• Technical documentation and detailed BIM deliverable production.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Navisworks Manage.

• Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360.

• Experience developing BIM templates, standards, and content libraries.

• Exposure to point cloud data and Scan-to-BIM workflows.

• Experience on large, complex building projects.

• Familiarity with reality capture technology.
