We are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented Meet & Greet Hostess in Qatar to welcome visitors, provide assistance and guide them to the appropriate departments or personnel. A minimum of three years’ experience in Qatar within the hospitality or healthcare sector is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet visitors warmly upon arrival

• Guide visitors to the appropriate departments, staff members or service areas

• Assist visitors with inquiries and provide clear information

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure a smooth visitor experience

• Manage visitor registration and maintain records when required

• Maintain a professional appearance and a welcoming reception area

• Handle visitor requests politely and professionally

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Qatar within the hospitality or healthcare sector

• Previous experience in reception, hospitality or customer service is preferred

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Presentable, courteous and customer-focused personality

• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage

• Ability to guide visitors professionally and provide excellent customer service
