We are looking for a skilled Polishing Technician and Automotive PPF Installer in Doha, specialising in professional polishing and paint correction, with experience installing paint protection film to a flawless finish. Candidates with extensive professional polishing experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional car polishing, paint correction, compounding, and finishing.

• Remove scratches, swirl marks, oxidation, water spots, and other paint imperfections.

• Use rotary and dual-action polishing machines safely and effectively.

• Select the correct compounds, pads, and polishing techniques for each vehicle's paint condition.

• Carry out multi-stage polishing and paint enhancement to achieve a high-quality finish.

• Prepare vehicle surfaces before applying paint protection film.

• Install automotive paint protection film (PPF) accurately on different vehicle panels.

• Ensure proper alignment, cutting, wrapping, and edge finishing of PPF.

• Inspect finished vehicles and correct any polishing or installation imperfections.

• Maintain polishing machines, tools, and workshop equipment.

• Follow workshop quality and safety standards.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in car detailing, polishing, or auto care.

• Strong expertise in automotive polishing and paint correction is essential.

• Good knowledge of different vehicle paint types and finishes.

• Experienced with rotary and dual-action polishers.

• PPF installation experience is required; knowledge of ceramic coating and detailing is an advantage.

• Good attention to detail and the ability to deliver a flawless finish.

• Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.

• Good communication skills in English.
