Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be currently based in Qatar, with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes. We are particularly interested in candidates who have recruitment experience in the Philippines and knowledge of the local market.

The Recruiter will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for various technical and non-technical roles across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting candidates.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for engineering, construction, and staffing roles.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.

• Use job portals, social media, and networking to identify top talent.

• Ensure compliance with Qatar labor laws and visa regulations in recruitment practices.

• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.

• Maintain recruitment reports and database updates.

• Represent the company in recruitment drives and job fairs.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Qatar.

• Strong background in hiring for construction, engineering, or staffing industries.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Must be currently based in Qatar with valid RP/work visa.

• Experience in the Philippines recruitment market is highly valued.

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies under tight deadlines.

• Familiar with job boards, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
