We are seeking a Registered Nurse in Qatar to deliver professional nursing care to patients in their own homes. The role covers clinical assessment, medication and treatment administration, and nursing procedures for newborns through to elderly patients and those with complex medical needs. Working hours are 12 hours per day.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an equivalent nursing qualification.

• Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience.

• Prometric passed and Dataflow completed.

• QCHP-licensed nurses are highly preferred.

• Nurses with a valid NOC or under husband or wife sponsorship are accepted.

• Must be willing to work in home care and provide care in patients’ homes.

• Able to work with different types of patients, ages, and medical conditions.

• Professional, responsible, flexible, and able to work independently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients in their homes.

• Assess and monitor patients’ health conditions and vital signs.

• Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan and the physician’s instructions.

• Perform nursing procedures including wound care, injections, feeding, and other procedures within the scope of practice.

• Provide care for newborn, children, adult, and elderly patients, and patients with complex medical needs.

• Operate and monitor medical equipment when required.

• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition.

• Maintain accurate patient care records and daily reports.

• Coordinate with doctors, healthcare professionals, patients, and family members.

• Ensure patient safety, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality at all times.

• Follow the patient’s care plan, clinical guidelines, and company policies.

Working Arrangements

• Work setting: Home care, in patients’ homes.

• Working hours: 12 hours per day.
