Alftek International is looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. This is your chance to shape the future of BIM adoption in the engineering and construction sector.
🔑 Role Overview
The SDR will be responsible for:
Identifying and qualifying leads for BIM services across contractors, consultants, developers, and government bodies.
Generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
Scheduling meetings/demos for the Business Development team.
Effectively communicating BIM solutions (3D, 4D, 5D, 6D, 7D) to prospects.
Updating and managing pipelines in the CRM system.
Collaborating with the sales and BIM technical teams on campaigns and market research.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Engineering / Architecture (or related).
2–4 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (preferably in BIM / Engineering / Construction services).
Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and digital engineering.
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka
Bilingual (English + Arabic) is an added advantage.
